A message from the directors
We are proud to be supporting many start-ups, small and medium businesses as well as home users. Customers find that we are open to ideas generated by them as not all of our structured plans suit everyone. This has never been a problem as flexibility is key to keeping our customers happy. If you have a limited budget and would like a tailor made plan to suit your start-up or small business, then feel free to contact us. A lot of the work we undertake is done remotely, keeping the costs of your IT support down to a minimum. We are also adding help pages for recurring problems. Take a look to see if they are able to help you.
Our IT support also comes in the form of installing new offices. Yes, our hands do get dirty in this job! We can cable your new network or update your old/worn out cabling. Our office installs also include installing office patch panels, switches, and network points. If you need your existing machines connected, we can update the software and hardware to provide a reliable service.
If you’d like us to build you a custom PC, let us know your requirements and we can send you a quote. We have made several custom PCs. Our favourite so far is an Onyx Thrive machine. Alex is extremely pleased with this one and so is our customer.
