Office 365 - What are the smtp/imap settings for office 365? Print

Below is the Office 365 settings for you to connect your devices if it does not have an "Exchange" option in the setup. This is ideal for setting up Printers.


IMAP incoming settings:
  • Server name: outlook.office365.com
  • Port: 993
  • Encryption: SSL

POP incoming settings:
  • Server name: outlook.office365.com
  • Port: 995
  • Encryption: SSL
SMTP Outgoing settings:
  • Server name: smtp.office365.com
  • Port: 587
  • Encryption: SSL/TLS
  • SMTP Authentication: Required/ticked
  • Authentication: Your email password


It is required that these settings are required for a fully working email. If you are having difficulties with these options please raise a ticket in the helpdesk.
