Outlook - Adding a signature.
Go to 'File' - then select 'Options'.  On the options screen select 'Mail' then find 'create or modify signatures' and click on 'Signatures'.  (You can also open a new message and select the signatures icon to get to the same editing screen).
Here you can set up as many signatures for your email addresses as you want. You can edit existing signatures and create new ones.
Your signature should include: your name, position (if you'd like) and company plus a contact number. You do not need to put your email address. The signature will look more appealing if you add pictures and don't be afraid of using colours - you want it to stand out.
Use the signature of your choice at the end of your new email by clicking on the signatures icon and selecting which one you wish to use.
