If you have the pop up asking you to enter your user credentials again and again, even when you have checked the 'remember box', try this simple fix.
Often, this pop up problem starts after you have changed your password, so you will need to delete all of the original user credentials:
- Close all Office 365 apps - Word | Excel | Outlook etc.
- Go to Control panel (WIN 10: by typing "control panel" on the start menu)- click on 'user accounts' then 'manage your credenitals'
- Click on the 'Windows credentials' tab
- Remove all credentials for the account affected (email address) by clicking the drop down arrow and selecting 'Remove'.
Restart your PC.Â
After you have restarted your PC, you should be able to fill in the pop up, press 'remember my credentials' and it should work.
